📦 Sassy Stitch Shipping Policy (Custom Orders – No Returns)
Shipping & Production Policy
All Sassy Stitch items are made to order. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.
Regular Retail Orders
For standard retail orders, including eligible Signature Staples, Healthcare Collection, and holiday apparel, please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipment. This estimate does not include shipping transit time.
Custom Team, Group, Business & Bulk Orders
Custom-logo, team, group, business merchandise, and bulk orders require 7–14 business days for production after final artwork approval and payment, plus shipping transit time. Delivery deadlines are confirmed individually as part of the quote and approval process.
Shipping Transit Estimates
- Standard U.S. shipping: typically 3–7 business days after shipment
- Expedited U.S. shipping, where offered: typically 2–3 business days after shipment
Shipping rates and available services are shown at checkout or confirmed in your custom-order quote. Tracking information will be provided when an order ships. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, and holidays.
2026 Holiday Order Cutoff
November 25, 2026 is the holiday-delivery order cutoff for eligible regular retail products only. This date does not apply to custom team, group, business, or bulk orders, which require individually confirmed production and delivery timelines. Ordering by the cutoff is not a guarantee of delivery by Christmas; transit, delivery destination, and production capacity may affect arrival.
