Frequently Asked Questions

What artwork file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG files. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) produce the sharpest embroidery results. If you only have a raster image (PNG/JPG), please use at least 300 dpi at the intended print/stitch size. Not sure about your file? Submit it and we'll let you know if a conversion is needed.

How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days after design approval and payment. Rush orders (3–5 business days) may be available for an additional fee — note your deadline in the inquiry form and we'll confirm availability.

Where can embroidery be placed on a garment?
Common placements include the left chest, right chest, center chest, full back, sleeve, and collar/nape. Multiple placements on a single garment are possible and will be quoted accordingly. Describe your preferred placement in the design description field below.

Do you embroider customer-supplied garments?
Yes — we accept customer-supplied garments on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unwashed, free of defects, and pre-approved. Please note that Sassy Stitch is not liable for damage to customer-supplied goods during the embroidery process. Mention this in your inquiry and we'll confirm eligibility before quoting.
