Replacement Policy

We ONLY replace items that arrive:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect

Misprinted

To qualify for a replacement:

You must email us within 7 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number

2. Photos of the item

3. A description of the issue

If approved, a replacement will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.

Non-Replacement Situations

We cannot replace items due to:

Wrong size ordered

Incorrect personalization submitted by customer

Color differences due to screen settings

Shipping delays caused by USPS/UPS

Customer changing their mind

Customer providing incorrect shipping address
