At Sassy Stitch, LLC every item is made just for you. Because we specialize in custom embroidery, DTF, and POD (Print on Demand), all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please carefully review your design selections, sizes, spelling, and colors before submitting your order.

If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake with your order, we’ll make it right. Please email us within 5 days of delivery at sassystitchthings@gmail.com with:

• A photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue
• Your order number
